PRACTICE MANAGER

Leah Biller

The practice manager is responsible for the overall and day-to-day running of the practice.

She is also available for any comments and suggestions you might have about the practice and will endeavour to help with any problems that may arise.

RECEPTION AND ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Reception staff will assist you in making urgent and routine appointments to see your doctor, organise repeat prescriptions, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and support at all times.

It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients' records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.

We refer patients to attached community based staff eg district nurses and midwives and liaise with them about the ongoing care and progress of individual patients as appropriate.
